How does the Mediterranean diet help with dementia?
Four groups of researchers have recently presented at the Alzheimer International Conference how positive the Mediterranean diet has on brain health.
At the conference in London, some American and Swedish researchers have shown that through the Mediterranean or a similar diet can be dealt with the development of dementia or similar brain diseases.
This conference is held annually, while several researchers from around the world have various therapies to combat the disease of Azahimer and other forms of dementia.
Among the findings, all four studies have shown that the Mediterranean diet helps improve cognitive function, and all four have a different approach to nutrition components.
